"The room was clean and a good size. The staff was helpful and check-in was smooth. They have an area to lock up your bags if you need to with plenty of space. It was a short walk to Shinjuku station, so it was really convenient to get around the area. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Feel like you are in a giant "factory" only geared towards hosting people to sleep for 1 night. Impersonal check-in on machines. Elevators are constantly too full. Rooms are small and oddly designed (beds on an uneven platform, a danger for anyone with slight mobility problems). Gym was extremely small (too small for an hotel of that size). Restaurant has a buffer which was a bit pricey and not so good in terms of quality but saved us from trying to find something fairly late at night. it was the most economical hotel so I guess you can ask for much more. However, there are better options for a little bit more money."

"Clean room, very cozy space, but was perfect for our short stay. The location was incredibly convenient and the breakfast in the morning was so nice. We went to the Japanese style buffet. It was a lovely experience. We really enjoyed it, especially because the airport limo (charter bus) takes you right up to the front door. Super helpful for my parent who has accessibility needs. There were also great amenities in the hotel lobby and umbrellas available on rainy days. Would certainly consider staying again!"
