"I stayed in the Grand King Room on the upper floors. Was so lovely to have a massive comfy bed, room to stretch out in, a great TV, free flow drinks in the bar and an excellent quiet breakfast buffet with fresh handmade food beautifully presented and served. Everything was clean, everyone was helpful and even though it's a little out of Tokyo centre, I enjoyed the peace of that and the east access to stations within walking distance. "It's a fairly busy hotel. As soon as you walk in the lobby it is filled with guests either checking in/out, lining up for coffee or lining up for the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice but does not have a fan, so it gets pretty foggy in there after showering. The bathtub glass barrier is very deceiving, it's actually is a door that swings out. One can actually fall out not knowing this. Doesn't serve its...
