"ドッグランもあり綺麗な宿泊施設でした。オーナーさんへ伝えたい事も何点かあります。壁には色々とルールが貼ってあるのですが、台所の食器等は使用した場合には洗って下さいと記載がありました。洗った食器を置く台や布巾は無かったので、食器を洗ってから濡れたままコンロの上へ全て置きました。あとキッチンではサランラップは常備品としてあっても良いのではないでしょうか？また犬同伴可能な施設であるのにフローリングがツルツルで犬が何度も転けそうになっていました。ルールが厳しいのは良いですが、その分内容を充実させた方が良いと思います。"

"We spent one night during our 2 week visit to Japan. We are a family of five with 3 kids under 7 years old. We loved the location as it is located closer to the train station also plenty of dining options nearby. Also the hotel has a 7-11 in the ground floor. Nice and clean rooms. Overall had a great experience."

"Excellent hotel in a great location, just a short walk from Omicho Market and Kanazawa Castle. The beautiful lounge is a real highlight, although restricting family access after 5pm is inconvenient. It would be helpful to have a small family-friendly section in the lounge during the evening."
