"客室の古さも感じました。宿泊者特典もあったが、全て終了時間が早かった。 (カラオケ1時間無料とあるが、21時までとか)。チェックイン15時からの時間でないと取れない。フロントスタッフが笑いながら、私達に説明している姿に腹が立ちそうになりました。また、お風呂入替え制でしたが、女性風呂時間に男性が入っていた。スタッフが注意をしてくれたが、そもそも、わかるようにインフォメーションしてほしい。夕食バイキングでしたが、食材盛り皿の回りが、落ちていても気にならないスタッフでした。雄山閣は人には進めないと思いました。"

"This is the most beautiful ryokan we have ever stayed at. The food was delicious with a great variety and the staff explained the menu. The owner came to greet us at dinner and as we were leaving, it was great to meet her. The rooms were amazing and well put together with so many thoughtful touches. I really enjoyed the private garden and bath each morning. The futons were the most comfortable futons that I’ve had. The staff also took great care to help us ship our luggage to our next stay. Very much looking forward to coming back here and staying longer!"
