The one night stay at this Japanese onsen hotel was very pleasant. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is only 20 minutes by bullet train from Kanazawa train station. Hotel provided free shuttle pick up from the Kaga Onsen train station.

近くで主人の仕事があったため、利用させて頂きました。 車で伺ったのですが、駐車してる時から気にかけて頂き、予約名を伝えるとすぐ荷物を持って館内に案内してくださいました。 偶然空きがあったとのことで、部屋のグレードをあげてくださいました。 ちょうど新緑の時期ということもあったので、露天からの景色がとてもよかったです。 従業員さんの数が限られているのか、皆さん忙しく動かれていたのですが、接客は素晴らしかったです。 流石良い旅館だなと思いました。 様々なサービスがあったのですが、主人の仕事の都合上利用できなかったものもあるため、また次伺う際は館内でゆっくり過ごしたいなと思いました。 また利用させていただきます。

이름에 비해 아쉬운 경험

전체적으로 시설이 노후된것은 오래된 곳이라 그렇다 해도 식당, 카페 등 서비스 인력이 전문성 부족에 친절하나 료칸다운 서비스는 아님. 저녁식사 수준도 가격대비 부실. 방의 전망도 없고 료칸인데 대욕장이 실망스런 수준. 역사나 이름만으로 선택하기엔 아쉬움이.

早めに到着しましたが、すぐチェックインの受付をしていただけました。 たくさんのおもてなしがあり、全部受けきれない程でした。 スタッフみんなの、おもてなしの心が伝わってきました。 食事も大変おいしかったです。 また、泊まりに行きたいと思える宿でした。

お世話になりました

最寄り駅までの電車の中に携帯電話を置き忘れて到着。ないことに気付いて、真っ青になりましたが、宿のスタッフの方がそれは親身にいっしょに探してくださって、見つけることができました。 本当にありがとうございました。 呆然としてしまっているわたしのために、駅へまず問い合わせを入れてくださったり、細やかなお心遣いにも本当に助けられました。お世話になりました。 渓谷沿いで風情たっぷりで、お風呂も良し。お食事もおいしかったです。 とはいえ、それを充分に味わう精神的な余裕が持てなかったので、今度は準備万端整えて、また伺います！
