"1) 체크인은 미리 온라인으로 해가면 어려움 없이 들어갈수 있어서 불편함이 없었고, 오히려 무인이라 출입할때 자유로운 느낌 이었습니다. 2) 직원과의 소통은 이메일 회신하기를 이용하였는데 답장을 금방 해주셔서 괜찮았습니다. 화재경보가 울려 숙박하는 손님들이 다 대피하는 일이 있었는데 빨리 직원에게 연락을 책임지고 하는 손님이 없고 119 어떻게 불러야 하는지 몰라 다들 당황스러웠으나 다행히 소방차가 바로 출동하였고, 이메일로 직원에게 문의하였고 어떤 객실에서 실수로 연기감지가 된것이라는 답변을 바로 받을수 있었습니다. 3) 주방, 화장실, 욕실, 세면대, 세탁실이 있어서 너무 편하고 좋았습니다. 성인1, 중학생2명이었는데 침대 3개가 있는 객실이라 너무 편하게 이용하였습니다. 4) 다만 빨래를 널곳이 적당치 않아서 옷걸이 이용하여 욕조에있는 바에 걸고 송풍 틀어놓았는데 그렇게 하는게 맞는건지 잘 모르겠었고, 그것에 대한 안내가 있으면 좋겠습니다. 세탁세제를 준비하는 손님이 없을것같으니 일회용 세제를 구비하거나 판매하는 자판기 등이 있으면 좋겠습니다. 장소도 적당하고 로손, 패밀리마트 편의점이 바로 옆에 있어서 너무 편하고 좋았습니다. 다시 묶고 싶은 숙소이고 주위사람들에게 추천하겠습니다^^"

"Very close to Hakata Station. Roughly a 7-10 minute walk. So convenient if you need to shop, eat, or get on a Shinkansen. Like a lot of Hotels in Japan, the room is a little small, yet the bathroom, toilet area; both in their own rooms, divided by a sliding door, were just as big as the bedroom/living area. I like spacious bathrooms so thats a bonus for me. My bed had enough space for 2 people, but the living area was only really enough for one person. There is a desk with a TV, so if there were 2 people, one person would have to sit at the desk, while the other person sits on the bed. Its fine, but just be aware of your space. The entrance to rooms are all connected to a multifloor central atrium, that is outdoors. You wont get wet if it rains, but just something to be aware of."

"The hotel is huge and free parking, the front desk staff is super friendly, the room is clean; they have a lounge with free drink, wine and snacks; they also have a coffee corner that you can make coffee by yourself; they have an outdoor pool and a church but due to the weather they didn't open, but the view are gorgeous"

"The room was clean, and was big. Had a kitchen with fridge and stove ( though we did not use it ). The closes station is about 15 min away walking , though taxis are available ."

"It’s really good for family stay. You can cook and wash your clothes which make the trip easier."
