The room was clean and check in was easy. I appreciated just being able to check in on my own without a front desk. There wasn’t any sheets for the bed, but other than that it was a good stay.

Basic accommodation. Clean, comfortable and convenient being a 2 minute walk to the domestic terminal at Fukuoka airport. Will definitely use again

We have stayed before and will stay again.

When walking from or to the airport, there's a short hill to climb but not too difficult. The room was clean and had what we needed. The room took a while to warm up but was comfortable once it did. The electric rug is a nice feature however it smelled unpleasant when warm. The room is so close to the airport and was so convenient in helping us to get in the airport as soon as it opened in the morning.

Close to the airport, no thrills room but does the job perfectly. Clean but small. Cleaner was very polite and friendly. Our biggest issue came from what we assume is a member of staff. It is clear by the listing that there is no parking, but when arriving to drop off bags we were approached by a member of staff and repeatedly told this area (the car park) is for Japanese only. She stood and watched us remove the backpacks from the car before the car departed. Racist and unprofessional. Can not recommend this property to travelers.

Okay for 1 night sleep

Pros: Close to airport, Clean with ample amenities, Check in smooth with check in guide sent prior. There's a Yakitori shop along the main road, beside the slope to Enzo Fukuoka, it's a must try, it's really good. Lawson is nearby too. Cons: Late check in time and early check out time. Beds not comfortable, room very small, limited space for luggage. No lift, so if you are travelling with young children or elderly, better book level 1 rooms. I booked Room 105 which has a glass roof at the end of the room which I'm not aware and the sunlight shone in early morning which the whole family is not able to sleep in later

Pros: Clean, new, equipped with kitchen facilities, very nice bathroom with a bathtub, toilet with poophole water gun, Lawson nearby, right next to domestic airport (15 min free bus ride from international terminal). No elevator. Fukuoka domestic airport is very 20 min ride on subway to Tenjin. Con: the beds squeak really bad when you move on them (unless you don't roll your body at all). They squeal so bad that they wake you up.

It’s close to domestic airport, but you will need to enter an uphill alley and walk with your luggage. You can easily take the transfer bus from domestic airport to international airport.

民泊ということで心配しておりましたが、メールのやり取りも丁寧で、空港から本当に近くて室内も綺麗でした！洗濯もさせていただきましたが洗剤までついており本当に快適でした。他の部屋の音も聞こえず、何の問題もなかったです。また前泊で福岡空港を利用する際は泊まらせていただきたいです！

福岡空港国内線極近。 午後に福岡に着き、レンタカーを借りた後、天神の屋台で飲みたかったので、ここをchoice。 目の前に駐車場も有り(有料)、コンビニも数分。地下鉄福岡空港駅にはもっと近い、超便利な立地。 チェックインが不安との口コミもあったが、予告された時間(17時ころ)にはちゃんと入室の方法がわかりやすくメールされてきたので、安心して泊まることが出来た。 ただ、割と早めにこちらの情報を送っておいたのだが、その後何回も 『お客様の氏名・メールアドレス等の情報をお送りください』 とのメールが送られてきて、注釈に 『既に送ってくださった方は不要です』 とは書いてあるものの、本当に送られているのかその度に不安にされるのはマイナスポイントだと思った。 部屋そのものはかなり居心地が良かったが、テレビが無いのは寂しかったかなぁ。 お風呂がセパレートで、しかも家庭のお風呂みたいに勝手にお湯張りしてくれたのには感激！ バスタオルはあったが、フェイスタオルは無し。 ドライヤーはあったが、歯ブラシは無し。 ベッドはマットレスはまぁまぁ許せたのだが、ベッドのフレームがどうやら４人の際に分ける物を、2人用に重ねてあるみたいで(解りにくいかと思うが、ものすっごい薄い、うまくジョイント出来てない2段ベッドの上段に寝かされてる…って感じ)寝返りの度にゆらゆらするのには参った。 飛行機や車の騒音はさほど気にならなかった。 総じて… 安さと移動手段を考えたら、とても良いホテル。 でも、宿泊に安らぎを求めるなら選ばないホテル…かな。 あと、階段が無いので、階段を上りたくない方は、部屋番号を指定できるこちらのサイトを利用しての予約が最も良いと思う。
