Hotels.com did not provide a reservation number that worked on their system. There was no person working check in so had to ring someone in an office elsewhere to try and check us in. Absolute painfully long and inefficient check in.

Das Hotel iat 1 Kilometer vom Bahnhof zu Fuss erreichbar.Freundliches Personal vor Ort.Das Zimmer war sauber und Stilvoll eingerichtet.

Ok hotel

Vi var kun på hotellet en enkelt nat. Det var fint rent og vi havde et stort værelse. Men checkin og checkout. Morgenmaden var kedelig og flere ting var dårlige.

God beliggenhed. Vores værelse var dog beskidt (støv på overflader, under senge, på lamper osv) og der manglede en lampeskærm i øverste køje. Der manglede også en beholder til toiletbørsten, hvilket er meget uhygiejnisk, og undrer os, at det ikke er blevet påpeget af rengøringspersonale el lign.

Vi skulle kun bruge en enkelt overnatning, på vej gennem Tyskland. Vi ankom sent, men indtjekning gik nemt og personalet var meget hjælpsomt. Rigtig dejligt værelse. Gode senge, og gode hovedpuder! Pænt og rent. Eneste minus var, at værelset var meget koldt ved ankomst. Det havde dog sikkert været dejligt, hvis man kom mens det var varmt udenfor.

Empfehlenswert

Wir waren übers Wochenende im B&B und hatten ein 4 Bett Zimmer. Zimmer groß, leider ohne Schrank. Das wäre aber auch das einzige was uns gestört hat. Ansonsten zufrieden.

Es gab kein warmes Wasser, wir mussten kalt duschen, wenn wir es an der Reception gemeldet haben, war der Antwort; Tut mir leid. Das Fenster im Zimmer kann man nicht umkippen, das Zimmer stinkt und man kann nicht lüften. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt und nicht aufgeräumt und die Tücher wurden nicht gewechselt.
