This is a beautiful property, that we take pride in, the property is in a quiet residential area, with sensitive neighbors, so please understand and respect them.
- No loud music or parties. Absolutely, no
gathering outside past 10 PM - this is strictly
enforced. The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police with the slightest
disturbance. If the neighbors complain we will
have to ask you to leave the property WITHOUT A REFUND.
- Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed
into the property. We don't allow additional
guests that are not part of the reservation. We
also do not allow visitors that are not pre-
disclosed to us prior to their visit. Any undisclosed guest will be charged $25 dollars per night, for each additional guest.
- By booking, you agree that there will be no
unannounced quests other than the number of
guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.
- We do not allow any smoking in the property. The smoking penalty is up to $1,000 or more for violation.
- This is a very clean home, please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the home.
