「First of all, finding the house entrance wasn't easy. Parking outside is a real headache because you have to park horizontally to avoid blocking the street. Second, the living room rug was dirty, with bits of toast on it, and the coffee table was filthy. The sofa was awful, with terrible stains that made you not want to sit on it. Third, the tiny kitchen barely had the bare essentials and didn't even have a blender. Fourth, the patio furniture was filthy and covered in cobwebs.」

Weeds all throughout the back patio. Cobwebs all throughout the home and yard. Cobwebs in the showers, the kitchen, the bed frames.
