「This VRBO was perfect. Right in the middle of everything. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Very nice pool and hot tub and BBQ area.I chose this property because it was so close to friends we were coming to visit. It is a very nice 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a pool and hot tub. Very clean and has almost everything you could need for a stay. The only thing it didn't have was a regular coffee maker, which I bought and left for other families to use. It did have a Keurig, but I...

「Even though this is obviously managed by a corporate/ property manager, communication was atrocious. Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. And the VRBO messaging system was then blamed for the delay.
The apartment itself was fine and reasonably comfortable, but badly stocked for a managed property. No pool towels were provided even though the description makes a big deal about not...

The lighting at night isn’t very good there’s also an umbrella for shade. Comes with a complete kitchen the fridge is also large. Bathroom is nice and there’s also a large closet next door.
Area is a nice neighborhood and there is plenty of stores and restaurants nearby walking distance. Never had any issue parking in street there was...

「First of all, finding the house entrance wasn't easy. Parking outside is a real headache because you have to park horizontally to avoid blocking the street.
Second, the living room rug was dirty, with bits of toast on it, and the coffee table was filthy. The sofa was awful, with terrible stains that made you not want to sit on it.
Third, the tiny kitchen barely had the bare essentials and didn't even have a blender. Fourth, the patio furniture was filthy and covered in cobwebs.」

「Horrible stains surprisingly discovered on the bedroom mattress when sheets were removed. Appearance of clean and modern condition ruined by chemical stains on kitchen towels and bathroom floor. Outdoor areas had full trash cans with dried yard debris, apparently left a long time.」

「Eh. The property was definitely not exquisite. It was mostly good but these things made it less than ideal: there was always a “gardener” in the backyard each day making it unusable (and we didn’t get any notification that there’d be someone on the property every day), the trundle bed couldn’t be pulled out and there was a crib in the same room making it super tight, water pressure in the showers was real low, the AC didn’t keep the temp consistent and the working fridge was in the living room.」
