The only thing is that he asked me for an ID when my brother name was there on the reservation . As in understand anybody checking in would need one but my US ID was denied. “I havent been this much frustrated with any of the hotel in my 15 years of travel experience. The review in google was misleading - photos showed good and neat rooms-Thats how i ended up booking the hotel 1) Very poorly maintained 2) Bedsheet and blankets not washed - hairs and dirt of someone previously stayed 3) Big Lizard in the room 4) So many Mosquitos in the room 5) Pathetic condition of bathroom - a) flush not working , b) fully stained old dirty buckets and mug 6)Smelly corridors 7)……

“The datito day cleaning is not happening. Had to change from an executive to a small room due to unusable shower. Staff is very helpful and efficient for all matters. Breakfast is superb.”
