Clean. Great exhaust fan in the bathroom that can dry all the clothes in a night. The small balcony is useful for drying clothes. Bathtub with automatic filling water system. Only 2 mins walk from the station with a big supermarket opening till 2500."

Con:
1.Unpleasant feeling if you need to wait for the shuttle bus under cold and rainy weather without shelter.
2. Travel time to Tokyo around 1 hour.
