The rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds are very hard and the pillows are not very supportive. The staff are very accommodating trying to get us in early. Thanks for the great stay.

Excellent experience, excellent property! Front Desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Meals at the hotel were outstanding! Our daily breakfasts were included and food variety and quality was first class except that coffee machine had long line ups, often required water (was not plumbed in). We also decided to try the dinner package the first night and it was so exceptional that we bought 3 more and paid regular price for our last and final night because the dinners were so exceptional (different theme every night). The unexpected treats at check in and check out were also a very nice surprise. Highly recommend The Golden Residence!!!

We were extremely happy staying here! The staff was so very nice and greeted us so warmly with a cool treat of ice cream. They were very helpful in allowing us to store our luggage until our room was ready. It was very easy to get a taxi to go places that were all very close by. Great location! Wonderful views from the 6th floor of the pool building. I had a great massage that was absolutely relaxing head to toe. Our beds were extremely comfortable and the Linens were very soft. Even though my son had to sleep on the couch in the living room area, he said it was extremely comfortable and we loved that you had a large dividing wall that made the rooms very private. The breakfast buffet was by far the very best of any of the places we've ever stayed, we thoroughly enjoyed our made to order omelets with beautiful fresh local eggs. It was great having her own little kitchenette area so we could store our cool drinks in our mini refrigerator. We loved sitting out on the patio and enjoyed the view! We would definitely like to return!

We liked the hotel. It is divided into 3 buildings, our was building C which is closest to the pool and breakfast room. The room was of a good size, the view from the balcony, even if it says “partial sea view”, was great. The bed was not comfortable in my opinion. The AC was adequate and water pressure in the shower was good. There is no hair conditioner, no iron in the room. One free bottle of water, but a super market is 5 min away. Breakfast was standard, good choice of food and pastries but the coffee was terrible. There was no coffee making machine, only filtered coffee of a bad quality. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The pool is heated, some people found it too warm, but we liked it. Plenty of loungers. Gorgeous sea view from the pool terrace. I would stay again.

The room is modern and very spacious with a kitchenette. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is a big plus. Staff packed us a to go breakfast since our flight leaves early in the morning. I would come back again.

In a great location if looking for somewhere a bit quieter but still with amenities in walking distance. Block C is the most convenient for the pool, bars and breakfast. Lovely stay and we wouldn't hesitate to return.
