La atención en general muy bien salvo por una camarera en particular que nos atendió muy mal pero al hablar con la encargada se solucionó. Esta vez fuimos a una habitación standard, tenía algunos detalles de mantenimiento como piso roto y manchas en paredes. El resto ok. El hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones para ir en familia

Es Carisismo para lo que ofrece, atención desastrosa, se nota con poco mantenimiento, poca limpieza, desayuno muy mal planificado, atención pésima, instalaciones básicas de mala calidad. La verdad que para lo que sale está sobrevaluado, y si la cadena del hotel hace una visita lo cierra. De florero ponían una botella con una ramita. Era mejor no poner nada. Un horror

MALA EXPERIENCIA

Fuimos el fin de semana para pasar unos días en familia con una temperatura de 35 grados. Los chicos estaban ansiosos para llegar a la pileta. Gran decepción fue al llegar encontrarnos que la misma no estaba habilitada por "trabajos de mantenimiento" ( realmente sin sentido que después de haber estado cerrados por tanto tiempo con motivo de la pandemia las instalaciones no se encuentran listas). Una verdadera pena encontrarse con un hotel lleno de familias muertas de calor que lo que tiene para ofrecer es el jardín. Pero esto no termina; al ir a la habitación el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, nos cambiaron de habitación a la noche y luego no funcionaba el control del TV. Es un hotel caro y no tiene nada para ofrecer.
