“Don’t book any CityCenter apartments unless you are happy to be disappointed. On route to the airport the accommodation I booked was changed to something else via a WhatsApp message. On arrival spent over an hour in the dark, late at night trying to locate the apartment - turns out the name of the road, name of the apartment and the main apartment door number was nowhere on display to assist. With 2 elderly people with me we had 50 steps/5 flights of stairs to go up and down (my original was a……

“Staff were very professional and super helpful. Rooms are good but the heating/air conditioning system is bad: it is preset to certain mode that cannot be changed for individual rooms, our room was very hot and the system was still on heating”
