“非常棒，服務人員非常親切貼心，我們外出玩水回來洗完澡之後，馬上就有人來幫我們清理房間，隨時保持很舒適。 飯店的人員非常有禮貌，飯店的地理環境非常方便，前方就有一塊小海灘小朋友可以玩水，靠近老街可以逛。 可能是飯店的位置靠近海邊，所以自來水的水質有一點不夠清澈，但是沒有其他大問題。”

“There is no elevater from the parking area to reception level. We had to take our big suitcases and took a long stair up to the reception level. There was no one helped us. The view is good, so was the breakfast.”

“Scenic hotel with amazing view. Was able to see stunning sunset from our balconies. The rooms are new and bright. Breakfast is delicious and situated in a stunning ambience. Proximity to town where we got a great dinner with local fare. Service is friendly as well and the staff is always willing to help. Would definitely recommend - worth the drive out from Le Spezia.”

“Property is unique castle built in 1300's. Lots of stairs, no parking. With that said, staff is great, location is excellent and it is a great place to visit one time if you like unique experiences. I”

“The owner was disgusting and rude. It's about a 15-block walk from the front desk to the room. The room's decor is awful. The coffee maker didn't work. The shower was too small and uncomfortable.”

“Gave the place a try after the already bad reviews. Customer service terrible, staff had me come after suggested canceling. Wasn’t there and key was so bad it broke. Too my money and didn’t reply for a refund. Definitely a no no. I’m making a complaint to Expedia ”

“Lage gut. Direkt am Hafen. Nach La Spezia City musste man allerdings das Auto nehmen. Nette kleine Wohnung. Schlafzimmer super. Die Schlafcouch war für zwei Teenager leider total unbequem. Zum Glück hatten wir nur 2 Nächte gebucht. Ansonsten war alles zufriedenstellend ”

“A great place to stay to get away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Given that it is away from the city center, you will need to take taxis or rent a car to get to where you want to go. The villa was peaceful, clean, and the bottles of wine and treats in the room were such a nice touch. Lastly, thank you Cristina and Nicola for a wonderful stay! You both were so kind and very helpful answering any questions I had! Highly recommend!”
