「A cozy little place, loved that it was pet friendly!」

「So the cleanliness of this place was not good. The pictures are deceiving …bare minimum done to prep for a guest to stay. There was dirty clothes under the bed and used soap in the bathroom. Dead spiders under the bed and cobwebs. There were a few live ones in the web. Centipedes were crawling around on the floor. The living room couch was very dirty…Right outside the cabin window they hired construction workers to dig up the yard to lay pipe drainage….. This was alarming and very loud… it was...

「This place is very updated and clean, we will be coming back. I know parking was tight but I managed a 18ft boat and full size truck and my wife's mid size suv. Things that I seen that need to be done, trim the path to the water for easier access and where parking is there are limbs hanging really low that scrap your car while parking. Other than that we loved the place and will return.」

「Beautiful cabin and location. Great views and a sunset pavilion to walk to. Very comfortable and pet friendly. Slightly out of the way and quiet. TVs in bedroom and living room. Kitchen is nice with all the amenities. The only issue was the wifi, which didn’t work for the first day and my personal devices struggled to connect to even after it was fixed.」

「The cabin was nice and tidy and clean, the host was great with communication and response time. The perfect place for a nights rest for a family. Plenty of space and beds to sleep a group of people. Loved the DVD player to watch our favorite movies. Me my dad and nephew stayed here the night before a fishing charter at Dale Hollow Lake and worked out great, only 10 minutes away from the marina. No negative comments in the place we stayed at all just since advice when traveling to this area:...

「Wanted a cabin to visit the nearby Dam area. This was a well-appointed 2-room new cabin with all the necessities that you'd have expected from a motel (Wi-fi, tv, A/C, ceiling fans, frig, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, even a dishwasher, hot shower, etc). Very quiet - it's in the middle of farmland, perhaps a mile from the lake. There's patio furniture on a deck, overlooking a fenced-in small yard (good for a dog, not sure about kids). We would go back without hesitation」

「While the lake and view were wonderful, there were a lot of things that added up to a somewhat disappointing stay. -no soundproofing throughout the cabin at all, you can hear people outside next door as if they were in the cabin-streetlight shines directly into bedroom, needs blackout curtains -many spiders where walls meet ceiling in bedrooms and bathroom, probably everywhere but that ceiling is too tall to see them-mattress is very uncomfortable if more than one person is sleeping in the...

「Had a great Easter weekend with our family and grandchildren. The deck and fire pit are great outdoor spaces! And we enjoyed the main living area inside as well. The kitchen is a little tight, no dishwasher. The stairs from the main level to the basement are steep and narrow, more hazardous than expected. Everything worked OK, had hot showers and AC. Plenty of parking space but be prepared for all the trips up and down those outdoor stairs to haul in all your stuff - good workout for sure.」
