    Our property is within easy walking distance to campus, sports events and restaurants, so you can park in our ample driveway in front of the home and walk to many close by locations. Plenty of room for two cars.

The property was perfect for me with everything I needed and some nice surprises--like the huge shower. I didn't know my way around Gainesville so the centralized location was helpful. Would stay again!

Gator Baseball

Excellent property for my wife and I to spend a week and Gville watching some Gator Baseball. Plenty of room, great neighborhood, and close to everything.

Wonderful Gainesville mini vacation.

Perfect base to explore former hometown. Cozy, comfortable cottage with everything we needed available.Accidentally left an unopened bag of cookies in the fridge which we hope someone gets to enjoy.We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Nice neighborhood,short walk to Publix and Buritto Famous was a great place for Mexican food. Bungalow was exceptional! We will definitely stay again next year when we attend the Gator Nationals

Excellent stay

This was our second stay and once again the property was exactly as described. It is a great location for visitors to UF and suited us perfectly. Communication was excellent and a minor issue with the toilet handle was resolved within hours.Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute, updated bungalow. It was within walking distance of the stadium and in a quiet neighborhood. The home had all of the amenities we needed.

Great Find!

This place was an excellent find. Having lived in Gainesville for 10+ years and returned yearly for FEST each October, I have stayed in places throughout town. Great location for Fall football weekends and of course FEST. Will definitely reserve again (if available) on future trips!

The residence, generally, is in great condition. It is kept clean, and everything is easy to understand and assimilate into. However, without a doubt, the biggest issue was the front door. I hope someone can resolve the problem with the front door lock and latch. There seems to be an incongruous association with the lock and the latch which therefore leads to significant play trying to get the door locked and unlock. But, despite that, great stay, great responsiveness/communication from the host, and great property.

Gainesville Goodness

This is a great little house in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood, and so close to many good things! As a guest, you will feel at home. The owners are excellent. The house is clean & well-designed. Check in and check out is a breeze and communication with the owners is superb.
