“Great house enjoyed the space ”

“Great location, perfect setup, and the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in a rental. TVs in every room and everything worked perfectly. The host was extremely responsive. Would absolutely stay again!”

“The property was in poor shape. The baseboards and doors were all scratched up and the bathroom had evidence of mold from a shower door that did not close/seal properly. The kitchen supplies were limited and there was only one dish towel available. There were stinky fragrance diffusers throughout the home, which was overwhelming especially for folks who are sensitive to perfumes. There were holes in the blinds in two places, leaving us without privacy. There were no washcloths for bathing, and……

“Perfect spot for an overnight stay. We went to a Gator football game, so this was a good place to get some rest before the next days travel. Host was extremely quick to respond when contacted and was quite pleasant and helpful. ”

“The fenced in yard did not exist as fence was busted. Black mold in showers. Lights went out intermittently & required electrician & power company service. Beds were sunken in middle. The dishwasher would only run 5 minutes. Lighting was EXTREMELY poor. Interaction to repair electrical was required by renter!”

“The house is clean and overall as advertised. The instructions for access indicated a keyless entry but this was not correct there was a hidden key. The home is clean but there is limited privacy with the rooms having no or a loose barn door. The coffee maker was not working. There were two driveways and not clearly marked one was for the neighboring house. The neighbor’s parked what appeared to be our driveway and were playing extremely loud music at 2 in the morning for about 45 minutes. ……

“Our stay was amazing! Great location close to the cancer center which was the reason we needed a place for 5 weeks. It was 3 adult and 2 small pups and the place felt like home away from home. We highly recommend it! ”

“The place was roomy and comfortable. The extra bunks in the second bedroom were a plus. It was not as pretty friendly as I would have liked. We didn't use the back yard at all. The host really should impose a fee in guests that leave behind doggy landmines. The algae covered water bowl could be replaced with a pooper scooper and I didn't feel like the fence was in proper shape to hold my small dog. Some of the kitchen ware could also stand to be replaced. Overall, it was fine and the price was……
