Stylish Comfort in Gainesville, FL

Our stay during our tubing trip to Itchetucknee State Park. Beautifully designed 3 bedroom apartment- comfortable and great location. Excellent hosts - they think of everything.

Good stay, for us needs minor changes to make it great!

Overall, house is located in nice area with plenty of parking and listing is accurate. Two things that can be improved upon for our family needs: 1. The floors were dirty! Within 10 minutes of my son walking around barefoot in the house, his feet were 100% black! Even my mother-in-laws socks turned gray/black walking around. While floors "look" clean, there is surface dust/grime. Otherwise, the rest of the house is clean. 2. The house has a few stairs to get to porch to get to the front door. The stairs do not have any type of hand railing and it was hard for my mother-in-law to get up them without assistance. Nice place and will consider staying here in future.

This was an excellent property with plenty of parking and close to everything in Gainesville. Outside very appealing and inside very clean and inviting. If future dates in the upcoming Fall workout we will like to re-book this place again when we return.

4th of July weekend

We needed space for 9 people and It was as exactly as described by owners as well as guest reviews. Loved the thought process behind location and the charm of the home. Quiet neighborhood, with plenty of lights on the street to feel safe coming home in the evenings. Very comfortable beds and rooms were good size. Host was quick to respond, would definitely stay again if need arises. Oh and the doughnut place across the street was the bomb, but know this they are very popular and sell out fast.

Super location, great renovated property

We enjoyed a short graduation weekend at the Prarie suite. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for a family with kids. Location was terrific, doughnut shop just steps across street (open weekends), easy parking. The suite is fully equipped and appointed. Property manager is very responsive and quickly resolved any issues we had. Wifi was a bit slow, but there's strong 5G downtown so not an issue. Highly recommended!

This place is a diamond in the rough. The NW section of campus has a lot of older homes, but this place is new, modern, and absolutely gorgeous. They provide everything, including bath soap and shampoo. Hosts were absolutely amazing. This is by far the best home we have rented since coming to UF volleyball camp over the past 5 years. The swing on the front porch is so perfect for early morning and there is even a donut shop right across the street even if it has a terrible name "flatfish donuts." The donuts were really good and perfect with morning beverage and swing. Beds were super comfy, towels actually plush and not the cheap walmart ones. An actual airbnb that gives you quality toilet paper also!!!
