Super comfortable

A genuinely lovely place to stay with lots of room for families to spread out. We loved the decor, slept great, and really appreciated the indoor and outdoor attention to detail. Very walkable area with friendly neighbors.

Restful 1-night break!

We only stayed one night as a stopping point between the Keys and Tennessee, but the condo was perfect. Clean & spacious - it was definitely what we needed to stretch our legs and relax! Great communication prior to arrival, and we were able to check in a little early! Thank you!

Great house. The host though of everything. It was very clean, which is a must for us. The location was close to restaurants and the university, while still being quiet. We'll definitely return the next time we visit Gainesville.

We had four adults, beds were comfy, ample towels, soap,shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent, coffee, creamer... convenient to the events we were attending over the weeked. My son loved the decor. Host was super nice and quick to respond back when we misplaced the door code.

Botanical Retreat

Beautiful Earthy experience, the aroma when you step in the doors smells like heaven. Nice and Clean, the best donut shop across the street. Free parking, also private space in back spacious, can’t wait to visit again. Only Con: hall bathroom water did not get hot and you can hear the guest upstairs walking around

Beautiful new property w/ all amenities

Lovely property close to museums and restaurants (we only drove, did not walk anywhere). Super clean and they have thought of everything from the diffuser to the sound machine to make your stay nicer. Beds sleep amazing with the softest sheets!! Plenty of linens and full kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful furnishings and plenty of space. If you want donuts from across the street, get there early as they sell out and are only open weekends. Will stay here again!

Beautiful property, great host

Very nice, large accommodations, newer construction building for family. Well appointed property. Host was great and promptly fixed inoperable dishwasher. Two concerns: housekeeping staff did not do great job so checkin was not 100% clean. Also, neighboring properties worn down a bit. Neighborhood needs updating.
