“What a beautiful place to stay in DC. Walking distance to all the things needed to visit the area. We rented a car to travel to nearby areas and was pleased to have a private secure parking spot. The host has everything you would need for a short stay. The check in and out process was easy and the host communicated throughout the stay to ensure our stay was pleasant. The neighborhood was warm and inviting, very safe to walk around, night and day to local shops, parks, restaurants or grocery……

“This house was everything that it appeared to be online. It was gorgeously decorated, flawlessly clean, and just a fantastic location for doing fun, touristy things in DC. Communication with the host was very easy, and all around it was just an absolutely fantastic stay. Would highly recommend!”

“We had a great stay at this lovely DC row home! It was conveniently located close to RFK fields, downtown, and Georgetown—perfect for all the places we needed to be. The home had plenty of space for three adults and a child, and we really appreciated that everyone had their own bathroom. Being closer to central DC, there was a bit of city noise, but nothing that disrupted our stay. Ubers were always just a few minutes away. The host was responsive and check in was a breeze. It worked out great……

“I will definitely hope to stay here again when plans bring me back to the area. The place is well-located, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed. There are a few things to know; there are steps to get to the unit, so it’s not ADA friendly. If you are a group of two or more, be aware there is only enough hot water for one shower; you’ll have to negotiate timing with your fellow travelers. Also, you have no control over the thermostat; I would have preferred to choose my own comfort level.……

“Great place for a group of 7, especially with kids & have the bunk beds. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions. It was alittle warm in the upstairs bedrooms even with the 2 portable AC units but we managed. A short walk to the free DC trolley which was used daily with our group. If you have a bigger vehicle, the parking spot in the back is tricky to get into so once you’re parked, I’d leave it and walk to the free trolley. Also a short walk to a couple grocery stores so that was……
