「Loved the place! Clean, comfy, and Emmanuel was awesome to deal with. Will definitely be looking to stay again!」

「I had a very good experience during my stay, the place was clean, nicely furnished and the host was very helpful with anything we needed! 10/10」

「Very up to date home, it offered a clean and comfortable stay for us. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Excellent communication with owner. Hope to stay again. 」

「The property was as stated, the host had things set up nicely with extra kitchen supplies. The host was very communicative and helpful.」

「Very organized and had tons of quality of life features.」

「The stay was at a beautiful new home. Great host. Location close to Interstate 70. I had everything I needed. Took in the sights in DC via the Greenline Metro. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Communicate with the owner first, make sure you pay for parking if needed」

「Fantastic location and convenience of dedicated parking spots were very IPort at to us and this property did not disappoint. A very quiet neighborhood right of beautiful Carroll Creek put us right in the heart of everything. Beds were great and air conditioners worked perfectly to keep rooms cool. We loved the dining table for nightly board games and Pac Man sessions thanks to the authentic Pac Man arcade game! The bathrooms were very cramped and there wasn’t really anyplace to put things, but...

「We really enjoyed staying here! The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. It has a nice layout and well decorated with well thought of extras from the host (shampoo, laundry and tea). It is in a good location with a quick drive to downtown. You could probably walk but it was very hot during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!」

「We were happy with this property. The basics were good: large comfy beds, decent showers, good living room and dining area, good a/c (much appreciated in the summer heat), big yard (with antlered deer!) and attached small playground, kitchen with adequate utensils/dishes/pots, quiet street and area. The owner was pleasant and responsive. Some of the “touches” needed work: very small kitchen, refrigerator was in the entry room and leaked water periodically, LR rug was stained, inadequate...

「The only feedback is that the air conditioning didn't work but since the weather was good it wasn't much of a factor.」

「Lovely house. New construction so a couple of small items need attention but great space and very convenient for Frederick」

「Very convenient location with parking. Prompt communication with owner. However it needs a good deep clean. My towels were used and muddy like the workmen fixing the deck had just showered there. But I would stay there again if necessary.」

「Great location, beds were super comfortable and host was fantastic.」

「The location and property were great. The house had large rooms. The host is generous for using just about anything in the kitchen and there was amply stock. We did not have to purchase paper goods etc.The instructions were easily found and helpful. Having them in the home was helpful. The basement was a treasure and was used quite a bit ! Host was very responsive. If we visit again, we will see if the house is available for sure.」

「Lovely spot and great host! Wish I had been staying an extra few nights. Super clean and comfortable, with great access to food and attractions.」

「The house was clean with lots of bedrooms. On a quiet cul de sac. The kitchen was not well equipped and everything was the most basic, from the sheets to the comforter to the furnishings.」

「Beautiful home with all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.」
