A fully equipped, newly remodeled, downstairs apartment in a spacious single-family home is the perfect place for families, or groups of friends, to relax and unwind during their stay in Rockville. Located in Rockville / North Bethesda. Freshly painted with a fully equipped kitchen featuring quartz countertops and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. 2 bedrooms with brand new bathrooms. Access to a beautiful backyard. This is the perfect home for all your family to relax and unwind.

Upgrades:
You’ll enjoy your own climate-controlled space! The downstairs apartment has its own thermostat and HVAC unit, independent from the upstairs.
We`ve also taken steps to reduce sound transfer between floors. These improvements are based on guest`s feedback. However, you will most likely still hear footsteps from upstairs guests.

You’ll love spending time in our comfortable living room or cooking up a delicious meal in our fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, and brand-new bathrooms. There’s plenty of room for everyone to get a good night’s sleep. With comfortable furnishings throughout, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

Note that this is for the basement apartment of the house only. However, it is on grade with large windows, not your typical basement. The upstairs apartment is a completely separate and independent apartment that may have guests during your visit.

This house is located minutes from downtown Bethesda, downtown Kensington, Grosvenor Metro Station (parking available), and North Bethesda Metro Station. 2 blocks away from Ride-On Bus #38.

We want to make sure the house is in optimum condition for all guests every time. Therefore, no smoking of any kind is allowed indoors. An ashtray may be provided outside. So, if you must smoke, please keep cigarette butts and ashes contained. Thanks for your cooperation with this.
