"Worst hotel I stayed at needs to be city code inspected non outlets work bathroom nasty ass he’ll broken fixtures tv was broken beds are disgusting . Front desk person tried putting me in 2 other different rooms they were also disgusting we didn’t not stay and it sucks there was no refund "

"Overall the room was great! The bigger fridge and kitchenette was an added bonus. Breakfast was overall good. Only thing was that there was blood drops inside the shower curtain and the curtain by the window. Also we stayed in an accessible room and it the bathtub is dangerously slippery, so keep that in mind when booking."

"Check in was good, Christina helped me and set the tone/expectations for the stay. I then had to revisit her shortly after to inform her of the floors not being cleaned, if they were it was poorly done. Not only were there scratches but also residue stains from I don’t know what as well as some loose dirt. She stated she’ll make note of it and for me to talk to management next morning. The next morning management was not there. That same night, hotel guests were still in the pool area and were being loud well past 1am. I called down to the front desk around that same time to inquire about pool times and to inform them incase they were unaware. The expectation set by Christina at check in Friday night was that the pool hours were from 10a-10p. When I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk over the phone at this time, he stated he wasn’t Christina, he mentioned his name (Isaiah maybe-something close to this) and that there were no set pool hours when he was there. I then inquired if there were any set by the hotel he then doubled down by using my name in an aggressive tone in his response stating there were none. He seemed to not care about this interaction, very unprofessional in his demeanor. I didn’t want to engage any further given how late it was and continued to hear the group of people at the pool area till around 130 in the morning. The next morning I inquired about management again at check out and again not present, lady at check out was very kind."

"The property was dirty, there were people living at this facility not just vacationing. There were drug addicts walking around the property and swimming in the pool. There were intoxicated adults in the pool with young children. Our room phone, tv, remote, and shower head did not work.(they did replace the shower head) They clean once a week so you have to go trade in towels for new ones. We had to ask four times in one day to get new towels. There is no trash pick up so you have to walk to the dumpster if you fill your trash. There was hair in the coffee one morning and I turned around to show the front desk, not a single apology or anything they just said they would pour that one cup out for me. The breakfast is packaged cold muffins and that’s it. The washer worked which we used our last night since we had been to the beach all week, only to find out none of the dryers worked and we were forced to drive home 8 hours with a suitcase full of wet clothes.(no I did not get my money back for the $3 wash and the TWO 2.75 dryer cycles that did not work) The environment is extremely loud due to unattended children from people living there. The staff was not welcoming but almost inconvenienced by guest requests. It served its purpose with the full kitchen and the true fact of it comfortably sleeping six of us. But we will never go back and thankful we were only there at night."
