Located in the beautiful rolling hills of The Galena Territory. Awesome wooded lot on quiet Street. Prime location in the Resort Core near both the North/South Golf Courses & scenic hiking trails. This custom 3 level home offers 5 bedrooms (2 Master Suites with King beds and whirlpool tubs; main and upper level), 5.5 baths, two-story living area with floor to ceiling stone fireplace, flat screen TV's in each bedroom, and a large lower level family area with a pool table and wet bar! Also includes another king bed in the third upper level bedroom and two bedrooms on the lower level with queen beds. Off street parking available, garage is NOT included.

We rent a house every year out here at the territories. This property was the absolute best. Super clean and organized. Only issue is we weren't allowed to use the garage which made parking a bit more of an issue, but that was minor. Would recommend this place 10/10!!!

Nice House- careful with the hot tub!

The house is nice and was a comfortable stay for our group. Pictures give an accurate feel. Lots of space. One note— Beware of the hot tub- several of our group got hot tub folliculitis (rash) from it… Needs to be cleaned and/or chlorinated. Also, the bathroom doors don’t latch shut when you lock them.

Great home but could be better

The house is great but could be better with some simple improvements. I'll start with the positives. The location is very nice and felt private. It felt spacious and the layout was perfect for our group of 9. There was a lot of dishes, utensils, etc. in the kitchen. Now onto the areas that should be addressed. The beds in the basement were not great, one's frame was too loud and seemed like something needed to be tightened because any movement resulted in metal squeaking/grinding. The other was like sleeping on plywood (some people might like that). The pool table had plastic pockets inside the original pockets (originals must have ripped open?) but the plastic ones were warped so bad they prevented some shots from going in. There were no extra towels anywhere in the house. This was an issue when we wanted to use the hot tub. The basement TV was hard to operate. It said to contact their provider to get access to basic channels while all the other TVs in the house worked fine. Finally, and possibly most importantly, communication with the owner during and after our stay was non-existent. We wanted to have a fire in the fire pit outside. I reached out to owner to see if they had firewood on site or if they could recommend somewhere to purchase. No response. After our stay, we realized one of the kids left their blanket at the house. I reached out to owner again to see if someone found/turned it in. No response. Ignoring messages is unacceptable in my opinion

New Years Getaway

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The house is large enough to comfortably spread out and is in a beautiful setting. The check-in process was simple and all of the details were clearly explained. The house could use a deep cleaning, there were a lot of cob webs and there was a dead mouse in one of the closets. Not a huge deal and can be expected in a house in a wooded area. My only complaint is that the house is very dark. There were a number of burned out bulbs and those that were working needed a higher wattage.

Christmas Family Getaway

My family consists of 3 sons and their families who live in different parts of the country and not near my home in Iowa. This year we decided to stay in a place that was larger and more centrally located to celebrate Christmas. Each family had their own bed and bath which was much appreciated. The open space on the main floor provided a comfortable area to cook meals and relax together. The large open space downstairs was a great area for the kids to enjoy time together. Our stay was great and made wonderful memories for everyone!
