“This was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Centrally located in the heart of old Seville, literally steps from all of the major attractions, restaurants and shops. This 15th century palace with stunning architecture provided the authentic and historic Seville setting we were looking for, with modern amenities. Service was top notch by the entire staff, especially the daily personal breakfast by Gonzalo in the beautiful dining area. We thoroughly enjoyed his morning company, conversation……

“Great location! The hotel is brand new and has spacious rooms with large windows. Staff are pleasant and helpful too. I wish the pool area was a bit cleaner but then again, we came at the beginning of spring. Beds were extremely hard and the perfume/scent in the hotel was overbearing and took a while to get used to. Otherwise, a lovely place! ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the daily water refill — such a thoughtful touch! Room is being cleaned everyday. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the area easy and convenient. Highly……

“Beautiful lobby, clean rooms. Walking distance to many things including the bull ring, alcazar, cathedral, parks. Restaurants very close - next door and across the street. Shops nearby. Seville is a beautiful city.”

“Perfect location, beautifully clean and decorated. Staff very friendly lovely greeting when we arrived and during our stay. The coffee and snack station is a great little extra in the lounge area. Pool area looked lovely but this was not open during our visit at the beginning of March 2026, due to weather temperature that time of year. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again. Taxi rank just across the road too. Seville was lovely. ”

“Excellent location not too far away from main sites. Staff were excellent with advice and assistance. Not too keen on regimented breakfast times but not too much of a nuisance. Plenty of good places to eat located near by. ”
