“This basement suite was so ideal to stay in. Very modern, very beautiful, stunning interior, every amenity you need for you stay.It’s in walking distance to two grocery stores, parks, and restaurants. It also has a very convenient bus stop in front of the house the basement suite is attached to.In my time there I didn’t need to use the outdoor patio since I was visiting friends and colleagues. Next time I would use it.Brett (host) was fantastic in his communication in anything that was needed.……

Immaculate kitchen stocked with every appliance, cookware, & dishware imaginable. Spotless nathroom with plenty of fresh towels & generous supply of personal toiletries. Bedrooms well appointed with luxury linens and comfy beds. Nice eating area off the kitchen, as well as a good size lounging area with couch to read or watch tv. Already……

“I had a family of seven and this one night stay was exactly what we needed in route to taking off for a cruise out of Vancouver. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and was definitely big enough for all of our family to have our own areas but still still gather back together for meals and relax together in one area. “The location of this property was perfect for our needs. Close to the airport and Richmond Night Market where we had an excellent meal. The best find for me was the extra sleeping area in the kitchen with a reclining couch. The tv room was also great because the door could be closed so my son and daughter were not disturbed when I stayed up. My son had to be at the airport at 3:30 am for his flight and my daughter had an easy time getting him there. We also appreciated the snacks the host……
