「This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. Rooms and suites are spread across the property, in the middle of vineyards, lemon trees etc. The views are breathtaking, the staff is extremely helpful, nice and professional. 「The staff were very nice. He showed me to my room and said we can pick as many oranges. Breakfast was simple. The hotel was hard to find but plenty of parking. 」

「Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire visit—they truly made us feel welcomed every step of the way. Our room was beautiful and offered a stunning view overlooking the bay. Waking up to the sunrise and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the sea right from our room was such a special experience. The concierge team was also fantastic, helping us easily arrange excursions and transfers....

「The hotel is very beautiful. The 2 starred restaurant is excellent. But you have to check out at 11am, a bit too early. The concierges are quite arrogant, no smile. But the view of our rooms are gorgeous.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Zash. It's an excellent hotel. The restaurant has great dinner offerings and an amazing breakfast. The service was next level. Two things that were not problems for us but something you should generally be aware of is that the hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere. If you dont have a car, it might make things challenging. There is also a train right next to the property. It never really bothered us, but its there...and you will hear it. 」

「Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.」

「Wonderful property with incredible menu. Gourmet dinner available in hotel or 3 minute walk to sister restaurant which is excellent for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was a treat. Wonderful staff - friendly and helpful. Wish we had more time at this hotel」
