The first three days were perfect but then suddenly the resort started closing fascilities and restaurants one after one because the whole resort was about to shut down on 11/4. 「Very clean hotel, daily room cleaning. Very welcoming and attentive staff. Magnificent flower garden very well maintained. Very nice pool area. The last day we had to leave very early in the morning for our return to the airport, and the manager prepared the breakfast buffet for us at 6:30 am instead of normally 8:00 am. 「It's the best hotel to stay if you want to go to Balos Beach & Lagoon the next day. We had a nice room at the first floor with a sea view and the swimming pool was just outside the room.
