「Great location and breakfast」

「Every one was friendly, courteous, helpful when needed. Great view from the room.」

「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「This is a great place to stay. It is clean and comfortable. There were no photos of the inside of the condo, but it is spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, small deck, washer/dryer, nice kitchen and living room. Ours had three tv’s and a pull-out sofa. The grounds, two pools and one hot tub are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. Beach access is directly across the adjoining road (Seawall). 「I felt a little mislead by this hotel. I assumed I'd get a classic Hyatt experience but received motel-level hospitality. The main redeeming quality is the location. As I tried to check in the Friday evening of a holiday weekend, poor Ryan at the front desk spent nearly 20 minutes helping a family change a room. He told me he had to Google how to do it.
