Featuring:
* 3 bedrooms and 2 baths

*Accessible fully furnished balconies off of the primary bedroom and den.
*Kitchen with full size appliances and all the necessities.
*Full size washer/dryer INSIDE the condo.
*Nice furnished balconies off of the den and master.
This condo does NOT provide ice. Please bring ice if needed!

***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. This is no where near this condo!

BRINGING YOUR DOG: We welcome dogs so if you would like to bring your pet with you, please send a request with the type and weight and we will send you the approval. Please add PET to your reservation. Our non-refundable pet fee is $150 plus tax for two dogs. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.

There is a ring doorbell at the front door. We monitor it. There are no recording devices inside the condo.

This condo offers beautiful views, with updated features, sleeps 12.

You will have 100% access to the entire beach condo with private entrance.

This condo is located next to EVERYTHING fun in Galveston. Just step across Seawall Blvd for access to the wonderful beach. Moody Gardens is just behind us within a short drive. Within walking distance is Jimmys on the Pier for dining (upstairs...over the ocean) or fishing. You can also walk to the Go Cart tracks and the movie theater and Miniature Golf. There is a handy guide in the condo with all of our favorite restaurants and things to do.

Galveston Trolley is available at $1 per ride accessible at 81st St.
Uber & Lyft are available also.
Parking on the Seawall is available for a fee.
Fee: $1 / hour, not to exceed $8 / day, yearly passes available*
Operation: 10 AM – 6 PM, 7 days a week, 365 days per year

At the complex, there is ample non-reserved covered and uncovered parking. You can pay the front office upon arrival or the next morning if arriving after hours. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash.
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Winter Texans! We offer long term winter rates for Fall and Winter every year. Simply add a 30 day or more stay and the discount is automatically added to your quote.

Easy check in and ample communication. The grounds are beautifully maintained. We spent a lot of time in the pools. The home fits everyone well. The space is well used and configured. There are shared bathrooms and spaces so you’d want to be familiar with who you are staying with. Conveniently located by the beach and other amenities.

Nice condo

Condo was just as the pictures indicate. Good location, clean and spacious. Any issues we had were not the fault of the condo. They are doing construction so that took away from the aesthetics; our neighbor had a dog that barked constantly; an elevator wasn’t working. The condo was great and we were so thankful to be able to have our quiet dog with us!

After Cruise Safe Haven

Returning from a cruise we were looking for a relaxing few days to regroup before heading back to our busy lives. This condo was the perfect option for our family. The amount of beds and towels were above expectation. The two balconies provided great views and perfect space for quiet time. We took full advantage of all three pools. They are beautiful with so many places to sit and lounge. It was easy to navigate the whole property. Check in was simple and the host, Donna, is extremely responsive to all inquiries. Upon arrival, we were greeted with 8 beach towels folded on the coffee table. We used those every day. The unit is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen as well as a small stacked washer and dryer. My grandkids absolutely loved their bunk beds! There is not a beach directly across the street but we took nightly strolls along the Seawall. Everything is easily accessible to drive to. The kids walked to Go-Carts and then drove a block away for a really nice mini golf experience. There is really nothing lacking for this rental! We loved it and enjoyed our stay, lacking for nothing. And a good PS is that the air conditioner works great and each night we slept in comfort. I would give a 10/10 recommendation to stay here and I would stay again.

The condo was great. The building was undergoing renovations but it did not interfere with our stay, they made accommodations for anything that wasn’t available on site. Would stay again!

Perfect location

We had a great time in condo 339. Three bedrooms with king size beds, and bathrooms in each, plus a pullout sofa, bed and hallway bunk Bed was excellent sleeping accommodations. Also three pools on site plus a hot tub was really nice and directly across the street from the ocean.

Loved Condo hated the bugs

The condo was just as the pictures. We had a terrible problem with roaches. We bought groceries and had to store everything in the fridge. Each morning we woke up the roaches scattered. I complained to the property manager and they called me at 10:00 am to say they would be there to spray at 3 and they never showed up. We sat there all afternoon to make sure we didn’t miss the exterminator but they never showed. I will not rent these again.

This was a nice place to stay, the kids loved the pools and everything felt safe and secure.

This was out first family trip (12) total staying, There was a bed for everyone and nobody had to sleep on the couch bed. the Kids LOVED the bunk beds.

Recovery mode

We arrived 3 days after a hurricane. Checked before we arrived if they had electricity. Unfortunately, elevators were out and our unit was 4 flights of stairs. Our unit was nice. It wasn’t cleaned from prior guests. But property had 1 pool open and 2nd larger pool was ready a couple of days later. Unfortunate timing- but I would rent unit again.

Family Weekend in Galveston

We arrived at 12:30 and registered, aid and picked up car passes and pool bands. We were allowed to use pool immediate-( check - in time is 4) which was a nice offer; but we were already planning to go to Moody Gardens Aquarium and then get lunch. When we returned, we were pleasantly surprised to see condo was exactly as the pictures showed online. There was plenty of room for all of us- 6 adults and 4 kuds: ages 8, 6, 5, and 2. We were a little nervous about balcony, but it was fine. There are 3 pools. We used the resort pool and beach walk- in pool which was perfect for the kids. Location is great to the area attraction, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return . Our property manage Donna was the best; as well as office personnel!

Week-long Family Trip

Overall pretty good stay. Condo was as described and the three separate pools were great for our kids. Having in room washer and dryer, albeit sort of small, was also super helpful. Front of the complex that includes the office and gym are under renovation so no access to the gym, but an arrangement was made with the hotel next door to utilize their gym. Communication with host was great as well. One night an alarm was going off in one part of the complex and I received prompt notification from the host that it will be turned off soon with apologies for the inconvenience.

Enjoyed our stay

Impromptu visit to Galveston and found this cute condo! So pretty inside. The owners and property manager were so helpful and responsive. Thank you! Definitely more chilly than we expected, but we did get some little spots of sun where we enjoyed the pool, the volleyball courts, and the hot tub. My teenagers had a great time!

Not what we expected

Check in and communication before arrival was great and very easy! The unit was clean overall but not deep cleaned (if that makes sense) However- Due to us being a larger group (8 A 4 C) - the space was smaller than I was expecting - there were enough beds overall (but not 3 kings as was kisted) There wasn’t much room for visiting as the living room area is very small and (my fault for not recognizing this in the pictures) but no kitchen table . Be aware that there isn’t any coffee pods, sugar packs or any type of welcome amenities outside of things like soaps” to just get your day started - you will have to go shopping immediately. (A Kroger is a short Uber away) We requested toilet paper as we were only left a half roll in one bath and one roll in the other - and even though I was texted back quickly, it was on its way- it never arrived. 😳 The baby sleeper bed was very dirty, full of sand and did not have the mattress inside- we did find another under a different bed so it worked out. Overall it was fine but I would most likely not book again.

The views from the balcony were nice. The website for the room makes it look a lot bigger than it actually is in person. The layout was poorly designed; You have to walk through the master bedroom to access the second bedroom and the second set of bunk beds. The washer and dryer were extremely small. The elevator needs work. AND we found and killed THREE cockroaches.

The property is clean and good view from the balconies. Bunk beds are very small (only fit a person about 5'2") and very hard to climb on the top bunk beds...so my teenager end up in the bedroom (he's 5'10")and my husband took the lower bunkbed, I'm on the couch. There's a list of very limited essentials such as 2 trash bags, paper towel, toiletries, no detergent...etc emailed a few days prior arrival. I wish I've known this prior to booking because i don't like the inconvenience of have to go buy the necessity while on vacation. I'm used the host supply all the necessity during my stays and restock if it's out. It's across the beach but not in the crowded beach so we'd to drive for since we like more activity...ie jetski. Pools are nice and we enjoyed it.

Our stay was awesome! The condo was super clean and very easy to find. Had more than enough room for all 7 of us and bathroom space! The balcony with the outlook to the pool and the ocean was beautiful. Especially for morning coffee. Easy walk to the beach. Close to everything along the boulevard. Will definitely stay here again! Good time had by all!!

The property was very nice! We arrived at our confirmed check in time and the unit was not cleaned. We had to wait about 30 minutes to get into the unit. Kids loved the easy access to the Galveston Fun Center and the fishing pier. Pool area is great!!
