Affordable, Pet friendly, ocean views!!

  • Welcome to 9 Palms! We are located right across the street from the beach in Sea Isle on a lot surrounded by palm trees. When you arrive you will feel the incredible breeze and once you get to the top of the stairs you will be greeted by a beautiful Gulf view. Inside you will notice our recently redone floors, lovely, comfortable furnishings and our updated kitchen. It is equipped with: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. All necessary pots, pans, dishes, utensils as well as spices and basic condiments are also provided. Just bring your groceries and appetite! Our home has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed.This is our vacation home as well so we keep it well stocked with everything you would find in your own home. The house has 3 different gathering areas. Inside there is a living/dining room with extra seating at the breakfast bar. Outside there is a dining table on the deck with seating for 6 as well as another dining table and lounge area downstairs under the house that always has a wonderful breeze.

We traveled as a small family with dogs. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. The place was pretty clean. The beds were good. The neighborhood was calm. The convertible couch was fun to watch movies on. It was convenient to have quick access to a water hose and barbecue grill. The outdoor table options both upstairs and downstairs were great! We would stay here again!

Beautiful little beach house! Highly recommend and would re-book. The beach is across the street. We did drive to the beach, as well as to the pier, which was nice. Also note that there is not a washer and dryer available for use. Kitchen supplies were fully stocked, we were able to make all of our meals in home. I would also like to note to make sure to bring all of your groceries. There is a nearby stop that sells a great amount of groceries, but it is a bit pricey. Overall 10/10.

The property was in good shape. The kitchen is well equipped so it was easy to cook. It was clean and the decor is really well done! We had a great time. Close to the beach. Be prepared to drive, though, to go into the city. It takes about 20 minutes. Overall, it was really nice!

rental home was in decent shape when we first arrive we notice roaches on property in dishwasher and kitchen window also lots of pet hair on sofas and floor which we were disappointed the outdoor shower is very dark no lights. Overall, it is in a good location but the ocean thats near the location its very dirty we had to drive down near the ferris wheel constantly as its more cleaner.

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach! The location was great, just a quick and easy walk to the beach. Inside, the home was comfortable and worked well for our family of three. However, I do think it might feel a bit tight for a larger family trying to stay comfortably.The house was stocked with most of the essentials we needed, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They really do mean it when they say only one roll of toilet paper is provided for your stay, something to keep in mind when packing.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and appreciated the convenient location, responsive host, and comfortable space.

Great Beach Home

This was the perfect little beach home. It was accurately advertised and close to the beach and provided everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The front porch was a great place to have coffee and lunch and we spent most of our day walking to and from the beach.

Perfect for Baby’s First Beach Trip!

Great place for our little family to get away for the weekend. Very close to the beach—5 min walk, 1-2 min drive. Had an awesome time. Hope to visit again!
