“The Green Brick House by Beach Box was extremely neat, spacious, and provided the amenities we needed on this quick trip to Galveston for family business. The location of the house was central to Broadway, The Strand, local restaurants, and easy access to the Seawall. The host was really responsive and created a vacation home with their guests' needs in mind. I would highly recommend for a convenient, comfortable and excellent stopover in Galveston.”

“Nice location. Terrible parking. Can barely fit one small vehicle in garage. Sugar ants everywhere on kitchen counters so even had to keep cereal in icebox. Huge hornets nest on garage door to go out back filled with hornets. Host company was nice but they clearly know nothing about the property like a normal host person does and some of questions i asked their answers were incorrect for that reason. Overall we did enjoy our trip and had fun. The minor issues did not affect our stay”

“The house was much bigger than it looked in the pictures, and the location was great—close to The Strand, Stewart Beach, and plenty of restaurants. A few things to know before booking: the home has 3½ bathrooms, not as many as the listing says. The driveway/space between houses is tight for larger vehicles, and the busy street can be noisy with traffic, honking, and revving engines. We also happened to be there during cicadidae season, which added to the noise. So if you sensitive to noises……
