We had a good time , place is clean and plenty of space in the leaving area. Mgr great communicator. I asked him if we can extend our checkout and he did. We will go back again when the weather is nice so we can enjoy the outdoors more.

Excellent host

This property was fantastic to work with, start to finish. House was clean, host was accommodating and allowed early check in/late check out due to our flight times. The layout of the home is wonderful for big groups, our family certainly enjoyed the property as a great place to catch up and reconnect. Few things, just to help others out, no shampoo/conditioner/body wash/laundry soap here. I'm pretty sure the listing said there was not, but we stay at enough vacation rentals, it never fails, if I pack it all, the home is stocked with plenty...if I don't...there's nothing. So just a heads up, this is a no-soap (other than dish soap/hand soap) kinda place. Also, the photos do not show the new construction next door, just be advised, there are more neighbors than the photos suggest. Not a huge deal, but they were there working almost all Easter weekend. Also, nothing the property managers can do, but the beaches here are so full of trash. Ugh. Made us so sad to see it. Just something to consider if you're coming for the beach. We came for family that was staying nearby, so the beach wasn't our main focus. We did have a great time walking along finding man-o-war on the beach while we were there! Over all, excellent spot if you're going to be in Galveston! The hot tub and fire pit were excellent for extra outdoor space to share with our family - would highly recommend if you're traveling with a larger group.
