Charming Beach Retreat

Amazing cottage in a beautiful location with easy access to beach only a short walk away. Perfect for a vacation getaway, setup nicely with all of the ammenities. Historic Galveston, Pleasure Pier and other attractions are only a short drive away. Highly recommend!!!

It was good. Great location. Beach was not crowded at all and can walk to the beach. Smaller than I thought and there was no place for us to all sit together and play games. It sleeps a lot of people comfortably. The whole house swayed and rocked a little in those stilts but was ok.

Nice quaint cottage, close to the beach

This single floor cottage was nice and as good as advertised for our short stay. We felt pretty packed in, but no major issues. Good communication with the owner and close proximity to the beach were major plusses. Definitely worth it for the price.

House was super nice and steps to the beach. Enjoyable to wake up amd sit on the porch, look at the gulf and then take a quick walk to the beach. Short drive to the town was convenient with dining and entertainment options. Perfect size for what we needed to enjoy our beach getaway. Will be back to stay!

Great Location for pre-cruise stay.

Loved how close we were to some amazing restaurants (Willy's on the Pier and Sea Wall Cafe). Beach was beautiful and so close by. The house was exactly what we needed for our quick pre cruise stay. The owner was extremely quick to communicate with and provided a wonderful guide for the house and the area around. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks!!

Family had a fantastic stay. Beds were comfortable, house was in good order. We loved the location and porch, fire pit, etc. The beach location and access is perfect. Only negative was the slight musty smell in house and a few roaches in the kitchen, but those are somewhat to be expected in a beach house. Everything went smoothly and worked well. Highly recommend.

The house was just as described and pictured. We really enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit :). AC & Heater worked great! Three bedrooms is always a huge plus with kids. Owner was very nice and responsive. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was cold outside but a very nice addition in the summer!!! Thank you for the stay.

Very nice. Comfortable setting. Safe neighborhood. Perfect for a relaxing .. listen to the waves … peaceful time. Listing was exactly as noted on the post. Would recommend anyone to stay here. If anyone have children, the bonus bunk room was cute and perfect for kids.

Cute little house!

We had a great time and loved the location. The house is a little "cozier" than it appeared but we spent a lot of time on the beach and sight seeing, so it was fine. We enjoyed the "Cowboy Pool" and it was nice having the grill and the firepit.

Everything was great! Only issue was lack of hot water for bathtub/shower. This house does not supply items for going out on the beach even though beach box management list that they do for their rentals. Over all great dependable place.

Quaint cottage near beach

Nice quiet neighborhood, 5 minute walk to beach. Home is small but comfortable. The cowboy pool was a nice extra after a walk on the beach. The place was clean and decorated nicely. A perfect getaway for our anniversay. The owners accept well behaved pets. Owners are helpful and considerate.and respectful of privacy.
