Very clean, great view. Pool is the best on the island. Our second time staying here. The location is great direct beach access as well.

Perfect getaway

Our unit was great. It was nice and clean. The property has been recently renovated and the pool area was great for the kids. We will definitely be back.

Trip to walmart

Had to go to walmart and buy cleaning supply it was dirty and a raunchy smell so i spent 3 hour cleaning will never go back

Overall acceptable for price.

Unit lock code sent by email would not work and Vacasa support did not know how to fix it. Wrong code sent for pool access. Closet door badly off track and broken. Property was nice with pools and hot tub. Paid $10/night for parking and could not find any parking after 10pm, unacceptable due to paying for parking ahead.

VACASA SUCKS

Long story short... Wrong codes to get in the condo and pool area, sink disposal was clogged and shorted out, it sparked when I tried using it and it was full of stinking food from previous guests. wifi was spotty. Commons area between the units smelled like piss. Dude on nights or whtever was an ass. So when we arrived as mentioned before we could not get in the room, I called CS and it took about 25 minutes to get in, then we were going to the spa that closed at 11 it was 1020 again wrong code, called CS again. They did not have the right codes, so the manager heard me on the phone and proceeded to tell me it was too late... NO the sign say 11 its 1025... Then asked for my wrist bands I said I dont have one he asked did we check in I said are you not closed??? So he then says w/out a parking pass my truck could be towed...SO I SLEPT IN MY TRUCK FRIDAY NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!! I was told by CS that I would be contacted by a VACASA local team member Saturday and I have yet to hear from them and it is Monday!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never rent any place again if Vacasa has anything to do with it.

EXTREMELY unhappy with our stay! The pictures listed were NOT of the condo we rented, and will pursue a FULL refund! Because of how dirty and smelly the condo was, we couldn't even stay there, and ended up having to stay elsewhere!! I have never been soo deceived with a rental.

It was totally filthy! The place we chose was not the place they provided! Coffee no filters! TV no remote control! Dishes were dirty! Beds weren’t comfortable! Sheets no blankets! The only thing that we enjoyed was the pool and the beach! It’s really sad that we spent decent money on a vacation and not really enjoy it!

Dirty Room/Broken Furniture

Our room was dirty and smelled like urine or something, closet door fell off. Air conditioner was noisy sounded like it was going to break. Furniture was broken on patio, fold out bed was broken. We came with friends who had another room down the hall that was clean and nice so our kids stayed with them. If we could have found a place close we wouldn’t have stay there. It was the worst place I have ever stayed on vacation.

Not nearly as well kept as photos advertised. Couch and rug smelled like urine. Bed in couch was broken. Dishwasher smelled rotten so did not use. Garbage dispisal did not work and water did not drain adequately on that side of sink. Beds had visible dirt in them.

5 hr trip, 4 hrs into my trip get call sleeper couch is broken, had to make $99 expense to buy infla

building looks like it was built the 60's. Rusted stairs had welded metal to keep them from falling apart. The main metal beams that hold the building where sprayed to cover the deterioration of the beams.

Good but building issues

The condo was fine for our stay. It was very clean when we entered. Check-in was easy. The bedroom wasn't very big though. They were doing construction on the building as it is getting a little rundown and they had to close some of the balconies. We had some loud construction noise going on during the day. There isn't many utensils for cooking, so we ate out more often. We unfortunately spent more time with friends that rented another condo in the building because it had more room and an in-room laundry that we didn't have to pay for.

Loved the beach and pool

So the condo was a disappointment, overall dirty feeling and found dirty pots and bugs in cups! Stayed because of the balcony but was not allowed out on it! Who goes to the beach to sit inside! Was not told balcony was not available and this should be corrected on website!

We could smell smoke the minute we got the door open. Other than that it was a great place. We were refunded a cleaning cost. With the windows open it somewhat aired out but still present.

Filthy

As soon as you walk in the place smells musty and moldy. I’m very upset that I was charged a cleaning fee for a place that was obviously not clean. We couldn’t use the stove only two burner worked, there was about two inches of grime inside the over therefore we could not use it. The bed sheets were dirty and the spare cover in the closet smelled like dirty feet. This was a horrible experience. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable, out of curiosity I lifted the mattress just to find what looked like mold stains. The pictures in the website do not match the indoor decor, hahaha the day those photos where taken was probably the last time it was actually clean. I just wish I could post the pictures I took on here. Defiantly not worth the money I paid. You are better off renting a hotel!!!

Not clean, old inexpensive furniture.

The place was not clean, old furniture. Poor craftsmanship, noisy neighbors, linens were paper thin. Third stay at different units, first bad experience.

Overall I give this place a minus 10. We could not use the balcony. The bathroom was filthy, we did not have paper towels, the pool was dirty, overall not a good stay , especially for the price.

Enjoyed the experience!

We enjoyed our stay! The property wasn't the cleanest (both the condo and the overall complex), but the listing is accurate for what you're getting. Visitors aren't allowed to go out on the deck due to repairs.

Great location, condo needs work

We’ve stayed at this complex before and love the location, grounds, view, and pools. However, this condo was gross. We arrived to find a thick layer of dust on all shelves, human hair in sheets, and crumbs/insect legs in the silverware drawer. I called the management and they send someone to clean. They did a great job with the silverware drawer and sheets but there was still a lot of dust. Also the bedding, furniture, and throw pillows were very worn. I still saw several cockroaches after housekeeping came. So, I totally recommend the location, just not this specific condo until the owners make some upgrades. Not worth the money.
