We loved staying at this house as we had 15 people and had plenty of room and a fenced in back yard. Close enough to the beach that it was not bad taking our wagons and toys.

Great 2nd trip to this property. We had a very serious storm Saturday morning that caused some issues, but nothing the property management could have done anything about. They were responsive to my calls and texts. I would not hesitate to stay here a 3rd time.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The home is beautifully maintained and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. It’s especially great for families with small children, as there are plenty of thoughtful touches throughout. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach, and the surroundings are peaceful and scenic. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this property to others!

Women’s trip!

The house was perfect to host a women’s weekend - with its own boardwalk to the beach! Plenty of beds and room. The price was right and worth the stay. Easy check in and check out.

We had a great stay at Sunrise beach house. House is new and beds are very comfortable. There were a few minor issues that will be reported to management. Everyone wished the house was a little farther from the road, but otherwise great.

Great Large party get away

Great Getaway

The house was perfectly located and had everything you needed! Large enough for big groups and nice it had a bathroom in every bedroom. Small issue with the exhaust flap on the outside of the master bedroom. Due to high winds it was very noisy. The management company attempted to have it fixed but couldn’t get the part to fix it. Management company needs to take a walk through of the property and make repairs of items that need attention- dirty air filters, nails on boardwalk to beach, gates in yard, exhaust flaps just to name a few. We enjoyed our stay!
