Better than on the beach because of GOLF Carts

We really enjoy our visit to the beach, thanks to brand new property, everything is so clean, best part was the golf cart provided by the property owner, Rusty was very nice to let us checking early because the property was available,the cross street was the best beaches in the area, sure will be back!

Great property

Property seemed to be new and was very clean. Super convenient to the beach. You do have to cross the main road but was never an issue. It is a little further out from where we usually stay, it was great. We rented a golf cart which made everything easy. We go every year and definitely will be on our list to check for availability next year.

It was wonderful

The place was new and clean. The view from decks were awesome! Beautiful sunrises over the gulf. Rusty and the staff were great, very helpful. Golfcart was great to have for the drives on the beach. Would recommend this place and this would be our home if we make back to Texas.

Perfect

I have no complaints this place is perfect. The beach is right across the road. Views the ocean from the front deck and bay from the back deck. New build, super clean and plenty of space. Nice area below the house with outdoor shower and large area to grill and relax. Book this place you won’t be disappointed. I’m already planning my next stay. 5 stars

Geraet family stay

Location was perfect for our beach days. Home was immaculate and perfect for our family. Only complaint, would love if the back door window could be tinted or covered to prevent neighbors from seeing straight into your unit. Will definately be back!

Oversold in the listing, bring all your own supplies there are none here.

The property was nice and seemed quite new, which was a positive aspect of our stay. However, there were several issues that made the experience less enjoyable than expected. The rental felt understocked, with no hot mitts for the oven and no supplies to clean dishes or cookware. Additionally, the air conditioning was set to automatically adjust to 78°F at night, which was a bit uncomfortable for us. One of the biggest disappointments was the golf cart rental. It wasn’t made clear in the listing that the cart wasn’t included with the rental, but rather available at a discounted rate through a sister company. This felt misleading and left us frustrated seeing as this was the reason I booked this beach home. Lastly, there were things that just needed to be painted better, for example the water filter on the fridge was overdue for replacement, which was another small but important detail that impacted the experience. Overall, the building itself was nice and there were no major security concerns, but the lack of essential amenities and the confusion around the golf cart rental made the stay less enjoyable.
