- This newly renovated 3-bdrm (1 King in Master, 2 queen in 2nd and 3rd bedroom, + sleeper sofa in Livingroom-sleeps 8 total) their are 3 half baths, 1 Full bath with tub/shower combo and 1 enclosed exterior Hot water shower. Home offers a blend of comfort & convenience. This unique floor plan offers a 1-bdrm queen with a 1/2 bath on the top floor with a private entry. Several large decks with impressive unobstructed water, beach, sunrise and sunset views. Enjoy modern amenities: washer, dryer, air conditioning, 3 smart TVs, internet, office area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for families or small groups seeking a memorable stay. External safety lights and cameras are installed. Hot tub is drained, cleaned and water is replaced after every guest stay. Pets are no longer accepted.
