We experienced problems with the hot water heater, microwave, toaster and door to the middle deck.

Love the location of beach side. Nice house. RoomsWere comfortable. Sheets pillows bedding towels all decent and like new. Not luxury but certainly acceptable and new so no stains. This condos porches have direct sun in the morning but great in the evening. Back porches aren’t big enough for sitting and right by loud ac units. The microwave didn’t heat food which was annoying. It worked but wouldn’t heat food. When I tried to change power settings it had been locked so you couldn’t change. Same with AC. There was some override set so it kept going back up to 88 the first night. I finally figured out how to override.
