“We hated to leave. The villa was more beautiful and spacious than the pictures led us to believe, and we felt so welcomed by Gabriella. It was if we were staying with family or friends, not as strangers. We struggled with getting there (our fault, due to a typo in the GPS) but Gabriella was so kind and patient with us. When we finally made it she was waving to us from the gate, what a welcome sight. She gave us a tour, showed us everything, and had some little welcome gifts for us as well! ……

“This apartment is a great find! stunning views and large and well equipped. The pictures in the website do not do it justice! We loved just sitting on the terrace, having supper and looking out onto the lake. The host was exceptional in her communication and we found the apartment easily. We had hired a car for our stay, but you could easily stay here without a car. The bus stop is at the bottom of the road - 10 mins walk up/down the hill. The bus would take you all around the lake.Thanks Sue……

“I was in Verbania for three days with my daughter during her rhythmic gymnastics competition.
This was a quiet and very well functioning place to stay while our short visit and stresful schedule with a long 14h day at the sports hall.
The staff was extremely kind and kept good contact with us. The room was spacious and over all very clean. Only the bathroom cabinet was dusty but other than that everything was spotless and a huge plus for very well funtioning AC. The bathroom was also spacious……

“Die Unterkunft hat 10 von 10 möglichen Punkten verdient.Einzig das Finden des Hauses ist ziemlich abenteuerlich, dafür kann jedoch der Vermieter nichts. Es ist alles wie beschrieben, es fehlt an nichts. Von Wifi bis TV alles vom Besten, Terrasse vom Feinsten, riesig, alles sehr sauber und sehr nette Vermieter. “This was a great apartment. The views of the lake are fantastic and we really enjoyed sitting and have a glass of wine in the evenings. There was a wonderful restaurant next door. Be aware that the roads from Como are very narrow if you are going to drive and it is a 30-40 minute drive. There is a bus stop right outside so it was easy to get to Como and Bellagio.”

Das Haus ist quasi in einen Wohnbereich und einen Schlafbereich unterteilt, was auch sehr gut ist. Zwei Türen zwischen diesen Bereichen (und der Eingangsbereich) reduzieren den Lärmpegel aus dem Wohnzimmer / der Küche bestens. Die Küche ist gut organisiert und alle Geräte sind vorhanden.
Wie im Inserat erwähnt, kann man nicht direkt mit dem Auto vor das Haus fahren, sondern muss einen Weg gehen - dieser scheint aus Zeiten des alten Roms zu sein, und sehr……

“Von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur top!! Man fühlt sich als wäre man weit weg in den Ferien...Hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen Mitarbeitenden des Hapimag Ascona. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Spiele die man ausleihen durften. "I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."
