"Staff is friendly and accommodating. My only recommendation would be to be just focus on being a professional host and avoid inconveniencing guests due to religious festivals (such as delaying time of included breakfast) Having said that, for people who don’t mind that aspect I would say this is a very nice place to stay in the heart of Bengaluru! Keep up the friendly hospitality!"

"Lovely hotel near Old part of city. Indian food in Golden Oak was fantastic - can recommend the Kerala fish curry and the Pilau. We had a few dishes and they were all amazing. Good buffet breakfast wit my option to order omelettes etc. Staff very helpful while we there and also with our onward travel. Close to South End Circle Metro so excellent for getting to other parts of the city. "

"Stayed at Hotel White Rock while recovering from surgery. There was a booking ussue upon arrival, however Sangeeta was able to resolve it very professionally and quickly, even adding an extra free day as compensation. Exceptional customer service. The hotel is in a good location, with close access to an airtel store for help with sim cards and other services you'd need while travelling. "Easy place to spend 2-3 nights. Staff is attentive and prompt. Room service was fast and tasty. Buffet breakfast was alright... Simple South Indian fare (recommend paying up Rs. 100 for the Mulbagal dosa served at the buffet as a special order from the dosa corner in the same building). Overall a great mid-priced business hotel. "

But it is at the end of a narrow alley that allows only one automobile at a time. Many times Uber/cabs didn't want to come in through the alley to pick up/drop off."
