The towels are not usable at all. They are black. It is recommended to rinse the towels with bleach. This is why I gave 4 stars. Except for the unqualified cleaning, it is generally good.

All the staff are very warm and friendly, the environment is very clean and comfortable, it's a great experience. I will come again next time
