「Rooms are clean. Services are good. Food is really good. Mattress were bit hard but hotel offered to use some blankets to make it softer. Water pressure and temperature were changing some time, not a big deal but better to be fixed. 」

「The property was in need of updating. The bones of the hotel were there, but needs new carpet, grout in bathrooms, etc. Breakfast and dining was good, outdoor patio was a nice place to sit for a drink. Some of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Some of the areas of the hotel didn't have a good smell. One person in our party had to switch rooms beause of the smell. Could be better with some updates.」

「Avoid. They claimed we had to pay again upon arrival, though our reservation and payment was confirmed. We obviously didn’t. No wifi in the room, staff didn’t help us with it. They charged us for the pool (which was dirty and smelly) without previous notice. We didn’t get the room we paid for (which had a balcony). Very nasty owner, blaming us (not sure what for) instead of helping out.」
