Me parecen deterioradas.

「The check in process was smooth and staff was friendly. The location of the hotel is great for events happening at Fundora. The room was missing hand towels, wash cloths, and hair dryer. I called to get some delivered to the room, but they were not delivered. I went to reception to ask for the items and was able to get the hair dryer and an extra bath towel. The other towels were never delivered. The shower leaked. Overall, an average experience and worked for an overnight stay.」

「I booked a room for 2 nights to be paid at arrival, but they canceled my reservation without previous notice just because they couldn’t take a warrant from my credit card, left me with no room available by the time I arrived. I was only notified when I arrived to the hotel for check in, and all rooms were fully booked!」

「Ok」
