Die Fewo liegt direkt im Zentrum von Garda in der Altstadt. Das Haus erstreckt sich über 4 Etagen und liegt mitten im Zentrum der kleinen Einkaufsgassen. Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants keine Minute entfernt. Ja ab morgens um 5 Uhr geht der Betrieb im Nachbarhotel los und die Promenade ist gleich um die Ecke. Zur Fähre sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß.

Tolles Objekt in Mitten von Garda, daher auch einwenig laut abends und morgens. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wurde uns tadellos übergeben. Ein super Erlebnis! Lebensmitteleinkauf, Bäcker, Restaurant, Wasser war innerhalb von 1-5 Minuten entfernt.

Direkt am See

An sich ist die Lage traumhaft. In 30 Sekunden steht man an der Promenade, und kann den Ausblick genießen. Man muss aber mit der Geräuschkulisse der Restaurants und Veranstaltungen klar kommen. Die Dachterrasse des Objektes ist toll. Auch mit Hunden war das Objekt zu empfehlen.

Individuelles Urlaubsquartier

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr individuell eingerichtet ubd empfiehlt sich nur für Leute, die fit genug sind, um die 4 Ebenen zu nutzen. 😉 Wir haben hauptsächlich auf der Dachterrasse "gelebt", was bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen angenehm war. Unbedingt empfehlenswert ist die Weinbar vor der Haustür. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.

Aufenthalt

Das Ferienhäuschen ist für eine Familie gut ausgestattet. Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern wäre es mir persönlich nichts, da die Wohnung sich über vier Etagen mit einer Wendeltreppe erstreckt. Die Küchenzeile mit Herd befindet sich in der ersten Etage, danach folgen zwei Etagen mit Schlafzimmern und jeweils einem Bad und in der vierten gibt es nochmals eine Herdplatte. Wir haben immer auf der Dachterrasse gegessen und die Aussicht auf die Berge genossen. Es ist halt eine typische Altstadtwohnung, die angrenzenden Wohnungen sind ebenso aufgeteilt, in einer Autoverbotszone. Des Weiteren waren die kostenfreien Parkplätze, davon sind einige vorhanden, etwa 10-15 MInuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Aber die Vermieterin war so freundlich und hat genügend Parkplätze mit dazugehörigen Adressen an uns weitergeleitet. Die Strandpromenade mitsamt Restaurants in Garda ist in zwei MInuten zu erreichen. Auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden und fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. Alles im Allen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung......

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich zentral. Zum Glück war es während unserem Aufenthalt nicht sehr heiß, da die FeWo, entgegen der Beschreibung, keine Klimaanlage hat. Falsche Objektbeschreibung ist unverschämt. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren in Ordnung (Handtücher sogar neuwertig). Leider war die Sauberkeit der Wohnung nicht ausreichend. Eine Grundreinigung wäre empfehlenswert.

Ganz nette wohnung mit guter Lage

Leider waren wir insgesamt recht enttäuscht von diesem Objekt was über die Beschreibung doch recht viel versprach. Für Kinder ist sie äußerst ungeeignet. Sie erstreckt sich über vier Stockwerke von dem das oberste nur über eine sehr steile Außentreppe zu erreichen ist. Die angegebene zweite Küche im Obergeschoss besteht lediglich aus einem Waschbecken und einer einzelnen induktionsplatte ohne Geschirr, Töpfe oder sonstigem Equipment. Somit muss man ständig die 4 Stockwerke hoch und runter laufen. Parkplätze stehen zwar in der Beschreibung, sind jedoch nicht vorhanden. Man kann entweder eine Parkuhr füttern, oder weiter weg einen kostenlosen in der Stadt suchen. Bei uns waren es somit ca. 10min Fußmarsch. Auch zum Gepäck ausladen kann nicht in der Nähe der Wohnung geparkt werden. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Auch ein mobiler Router der uns gebracht wurde hat keine Abhilfe gebracht. Die Handtücher (im Paket mit Bettwäsche für 12€ pro Person) waren sehr dreckig. Nach Beschwerde wurden uns Neue gebracht, die jedoch nicht besser waren. Somit entschieden wir uns welche vor Ort zu kaufen. An Tag drei war das Wasser kalt, am fünften Tag war vormittags das Wasser ganz abgestellt und Handwerker sind ohne Rücksprache durch die Wohnung gelaufen. Alles in allem für uns recht unbefriedigend...
