Some staff helpful and friendly. More info need regarding booking dinner, staff said I had to wait until 8pm(I missed first sitting) to book, then when I went to reception at 8.03 they said I was to late to book a table. Nice clean hotel and conveniently close to Garda and bus station.

Would come again. Even if it is quite old furnitures and so on, it doesn't bother. Food is good, location is good. Pool is nice.

A slightly larger hotel that was quite worn out. You can hear the neighbors' rooms very well and the rooms are quite unattractive. A bit deep pools for children (from 160 cm) and not really clean but still swimmable. Ok hotel for short stays.

Good: Close to the lake.very nice promenade with a lot of shopping business , cafes and restaurants.The Palme has two pools and enough green area around. It is a nice 3Star Hotel.

What can I say about the barmy palme? The room was tired, the shower was very small the balcony was not very private but all in all adequate. The staff were always polite and good fun. I enjoyed my stay although my expectations were not high. Would I stay here again..... Possibly.

Great place

Great place. Adequate food, clean pool, though they ladders are in need of servicing) the room was comfortable but had an unfinished look. The AC worked great and the environment was welcoming. Great staff

Upon arrival, the room had dust and leftover trash from previous guests, and there was visible black mold near the ventilation system. The overall condition of the hotel felt worn and poorly maintained. Service in both the bar and reception was unhelpful and unfriendly, which added to the negative impression. On a more positive note, the breakfast restaurant staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast itself was decent. Unfortunately, the positives did not outweigh the overall poor experience.

We arrived at this hotel dressed in full motorcycle gear after riding all day in temperatures up to 30°C and just wanted to get a shower and freshen up. We booked through Hotels.com, the staff at the checkin could see our reservation but would not give us a room key as the booking had not transferred to their system. We were told to take a seat and wait we were not even offered a drink of water. After half an hour I messaged Hotels.com who were very helpful and contacted the hotel to sort it out. As the hotel could see our booking and proof of payment they could have and shout have sorted it without my intervention. The lady who served us in the bar was friendly but the breakfast team as rude as the receptionists.

Frühstück „Massenabfertigung“ Reinigungszustand der liegen am Pool sowie der Pool an sich sind ausbaufähig. An sich ist das Hotel schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Personal vor Ort ist freundlich. Abendprogramm des Hotels waren in Ordnung.

sein. Das Hotel ist schlecht gepflegt und die Umgebung des Pools wird nicht von Unkraut befreit. Viele Trümmer auf dem Grund des Wassers und fehlende Gitter. Das Zimmer in einem mittelmäßigen Zustand und schmutzige Vorhänge, die nicht gut gleiten. Ganz zu schweigen vom heißen Wasser, das fast nicht lauft.

Wir haben kein Standard Zimmer gebucht sondern eine andere Kategorie beste Ausstattung niemand schreibt zurück nicht einmal Expedia. Das Hotel meldet sich auch nicht auf die Rückerstattung des Geldes.!!!Wir waren in einem Standart Zimmer die Klimaanlage ging nicht. Ausstattung schrecklich.Pool schmutzig.Wasser nicht zum schwimmen.Ich kann nur sagen bitte nicht !! Das Frühstück ist schrecklich!! Kellner werden gg Geld bestochen einen anderen Sitzplatz zu bekommen !!!Mit Kinder bitte nicht .Es sind dort nur Pensionisten. Ich war in einem zwei Sterne Hotel und es war viel schöner!!! Drei Sterne niemals!!!!

Wir kommen nicht wieder, nur alte leute die auf streit aus sind am essenstisch . Und das Personal beim frühstück wurde von den Busreisegruppen gleich mit trinkgeld zugesteckt das man natürlich alles bonus hatte . Wir mussten wärend dem essen den Tisch räumen da die Leute auf den Tisch bestand war aber ohne Karte oder irgewas eigentlich für jeden zum hinsitzen . Der Pool war dreckig und sehr viel Chemie schwamm herum . Wir waren bis jetzt in einem Italienischen 2 Sterne Hotel und werden auch da wieder hin . Die stadt super da man gleich in der Stadt ist . Der Rest nein danke 2 Tage und nieeee wider !!

Struttura vecchia e camera vetustà. Quando entri nell’hotel sembra di ritornare indietro 50 anni. Niente è cambiato probabilmente da quando ancora si viaggiava con la Fiat 600 ed il portapacchi. Unico punto positivo la gentilezza dello staff. Peccato perché ristrutturato e rinnovato avrebbe delle ottime potenzialità

Personallet gør hotel oplevelsen ok

Personalet er super flinke, hotellet er slidt og trænger snart til en opdate. Rengøringen er fin og hverdag, så her er det ok. Der burde være et køleskab og en elkedle på værelserne, det kunne gør meget for oplevelsen.
