不满意：服务设施，员工和服务
If you don't read this whole thing, know this...
1. You can't check in after 9:00 pm. This is hidden in the fine print of your reservation. Also, check-in is at the Krispy Krunchy, 3/4 of a mile down the road.
2. Bring you own pillows and comforter.
3. The rooms are NOT soundproof as stated in "amenities".
4. Bring air freshener, rooms have definitely been smoked in and smell gross.
5. Plan on at least one night/morning with no hot water.
6. Smoke detector was disassembled and laying on top of the refrigerator.
7. The refrigerator is huge, and there is a microwave. No cups, Kleenex or any other convenience amenities.
8. You will need ear plugs.
Here is our experience in detail. We have stayed at the Carole Motel before. We are in Savannah yearly and it has worked for us in the past, but some things have changed. I know you get what you pay for. The last two times we have stayed there, check in was on site and the staff has been very friendly and accommodating. All of that has changed. Fortunately, we got to the Carole Motel at 8:47 pm. After waiting a short amount of time to check in at the hotel (because I wasn't aware of the new procedure) a tall man in a big truck showed up to tell me there was no on site check-in and you had to check in at the Krispy Krunchy down the road before 9:00, because the Krispy Krunchy closes at 9:00 pm. It is a short drive down the road. We seriously got to the Krispy Krunchy at 8:58 pm and were able to get our key card from the nice young
