Come get away in our beautiful four-bedroom home in Harbor Village. It`s the Perfect Combination of Quality and Affordability. It has picture perfect views of Bear Lake, updated kitchen, floors and living spaces. Green space to play lawn games and spacious deck to enjoy meals, views and time together in Bear Lake. Free Wi-Fi with Roku TV, 2,400 square feet on three levels. Sorry no pets allowed.

Harbor Village is right across from the marina with walking trails located right off the neighborhood. Two minutes from downtown Garden City and 15 minutes from the Idaho and Utah State run beach access. Only 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort.

Jogging/walking trail is right out in front of the neighborhood, with close access to downtown Garden City. Marina is across the street. Overflow parking for additional vehicles or trailers.

Amazing views of the lake and marina. 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Property is professionally managed locally.

First Bear Lake Adventure

The house was perfect for our stay. The view was amazing and we enjoyed waking up to see the lake and sitting on the balcony for our meals. The home had close access to the best beach at North Shore as well as the downtown area with all its restaurants and activities. We will definitely be back!

Bear lake cabin

The house was perfect. There were 12 of us and we never felt in each other’s way! Plenty of sleep space lots of bathrooms. It’s on a hill so biking is a bit of a challenge but easy access to pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of utensils, pots, pans dishes and spices! The host was very easy to reach and got back quickly. Only bummer we couldn’t use/access garage, but we were able to fit 4 cars in driveway. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful location

We loved the view, the pool and hot tub, the tennis courts and bikes. We had a wonderful time with our three adult girls, their spouses and the grandkids.
